Description:

Entry added when you install versions of the Logitech QuickCam webcam software. Used to interface your webcam with third party chat and voice programs such as instant messaging clients and Skype. Also, if it's disabled the camera will not work - at least not in the QuickCapture mode

MSConfig (Start → Run → msconfig → Startup)

Windows Defender (Start → All Programs → Windows Defender → Tools → Software Explorer)
